Elderberry syrup is the most commonly used natural support for the immune system, especially this time of year when our bodies are more susceptible to viral illnesses. Now you can easily make your own with this DIY kit!
Elderberries (sambucus nigra) are full of antioxidants and are proven to be a powerful ally to promote resilience during times when our immune systems are under stress (winter holidays, anyone?). We’ve paired elderberries with other powerful and tasty herbs to make this amazing blend!
Making your own elderberry syrup has never been easier! Simply pour the contents into a pot with 5 cups of purified water. Simmer, covered, for 45 minutes to an hour. Let cool and strain. To finish it off, add your favorite raw honey to taste!
Store in the refrigerator. Makes approximately 1 quart (32oz) of syrup.
