Our Be Free™ Deodorant is 100% FREE of aluminum, parabens, phthalates, petroleum products and other toxic ingredients that are found in commercial deodorants (even those labeled "natural"). We use only the safest and healthiest food-grade ingredients that work together to eliminate under arm body odor, help keep you dry and soften the skin.
Our scented deodorants contain 100% organic essential oils that kill odor-causing bacteria and soothe the skin. While our deodorant is not an anti-perspirant, we and many of our customers have found that our underarms tend to remain dryer because the powders absorb moisture without clogging pores! Our bodies are supposed to sweat. Besides cooling us down, it is a way for us to release toxins. When we apply anti-perspirants, it's our body's natural response to sweat more to try to compensate. Often, after going without anti-perspirants for a short time, many people find that they sweat less and don't need to use deodorant as often!
Apply a very small amount under your arms to provide all day freshness! One or two swipes every day or every other day is enough for most people. (It helps to turn the dial until only the amount you want to apply is above the edge of the container.)
NOTE: It usually takes about 1 week for your body to detox from commercial deodorant and become accustomed to a natural deodorant (although some never notice a difference). It helps to drink lots of water and take one or two Epsom Salt baths. Stick it out for at least a week while your body adjusts and you'll never go back to a damaging commercial deodorant again! For those with baking soda sensitivities, we are in the process of developing a deodorant that has no sodium bicarbonate!
SCENT
Wild and Fresh: Made for women (but men like it too!), this deodorant provides the protection needed with a clean and slightly floral scent. Essential oils of Lavender, Lime, Sage and Tea tree
Ingredients: Organic Arrowroot Powder, Organic Virgin Coconut Oil, Baking Soda, Organic Beeswax, Organic Vitamin E oil, and Organic Essential Oils
**Temperature may affect the firmness of this deodorant. For a firmer deodorant, store in a cool place. For a bit softer stick, store in a warmer place or simply hold it to your underarm skin for a few seconds before applying.
